SHIPPING

It's very important to me that you get what you ordered as quickly as possible. It takes about 2-5 business days to fulfill orders. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.

Canada 5-10 business days
World 10-20 business days

RETURNS POLICY

If you're unhappy with the product you've received, then I'd be happy to take it off your hands, or replace it, provided you contact me within a week of receiving the product.

1. Write to me at hello@nikkivenus.com to let me know what you're unhappy with.

2. Wait for my response. I will make sure to reply within 24 business hours. I'll provide instructions for the returns procedure.

International shipping

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on your country of residence. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors.
