Style Expert Weekend Contract

Welcome to the Style Expert Weekend ("the Event"), a weekend experience for style experts. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing your ticket for the Event. By purchasing your ticket for the Event, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  1. Payment and Cancellation Policy a. All payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for any reason, including, illness, or personal emergency. b. If you are unable to attend the Experience, you may transfer your ticket to another individual, provided that you notify us at least 30 days prior to the start of Style Expert Weekend. Attendee authorizes Company to automatically charge the credit card on file for any and all Fee balances owed and agrees to keep this information current with the Company. The remaining monthly installments of your ticket fee must be paid each consecutive month starting 30 days after initial payment until paid in full. If any payment is insufficient or declined for any reason, Company, a $50.00 late payment fee may be assessed.

  1. Photo and Video Release a. By attending the Experience, you grant us the right to photograph and/or videotape you and use your image and likeness in our marketing materials, including but not limited to our website, social media channels, and advertising campaigns. b. You acknowledge that you will not be compensated for any such use, and you waive any right to inspect or approve the use of your image or likeness.

  2. Villa Rules a. You agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the villa where Style Expert Weekend is taking place. b. You acknowledge that any damages caused to the villa or its property will be your responsibility, and you will be charged accordingly. c. You agree to not engage in any illegal activities while at the villa, including but not limited to drug use or excessive alcohol consumption.

  3. Limitation of Liability a. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Event, including but not limited to any injury, loss, or damage to personal property. b. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your attendance at the Event.

  4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or country where the Event is being held. b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution mechanism set forth in the Event registration materials.

By purchasing a ticket for Style Expert Weekend, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions, and you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not attend Style Expert Weekend.
